to order your wedding stationery
Congratulations on
your forthcoming wedding - we would love to talk to you about your
ideas, themes and budget towards your stationery. We guarantee we
will find the balance that is just right for you.
The order process is simple - follow these easy
steps.
STEP 1 - Contact -
Email
us or request a call back, and we will be delighted to discuss your
wedding stationery with you or arrange a meeting at a time suitable
for you.
STEP
2 - PDF Samples - Once we have had
your initial thoughts and gathered a few details about your wedding,
we will produce 3 FREE sample designs in PDF format and email these
over to you with full costings, with no obligation (© copyright
owned by RSVP Creations).
STEP
3 - FREE Sample - A FREE sample will
be made up of your 'favourite' design including final costings
STEP
4 - 50% Deposit - 50%
deposit payment is required before we start making your exclusive
wedding stationery and/or wedding website.
Payment can be made via cheque payable to 'RSVP Creations, or via
secure online payment provider, PayPal. The remaining balance is
required before the dispatch of your stationery.
STEP
5 - Delivery - Your
exclusive wedding stationery will be sent via Royal Mail Special
Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. Please note,
RSVP creations cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage
occurred during transit.
Payment Terms
After initial discussions and you have approved your FREE SAMPLE
and completed an order form, an invoice will be dispatched to you,
upon receipt a deposit of 50% is required before work on your order
commences.
The remaining balance will be due before the last part of your order
is dispatched, please note orders will not be dispatched until payment
in full is received. On 'Full Stationery' orders, where pieces of
stationery are dispatched at different times, please discuss with
us a suitable payment option.
All stationery is designed exclusively for you, personalised to
your individual requirements. Refunds or exchanges can only be given
when your stationery is faulty or the specification of the order
has not been met. Once production has started on your stationery,
in the event of cancellation, all work must be paid in full.
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission for
any copyright materials eg hymns
